Over the last few months, Your Digital Hub has sponsored a range of local community and charity events. We’re honoured to have supported these as they make a huge difference to the local community and people’s lives.

We sponsored the West Mercia Search & Rescue event in July to celebrate their fantastic volunteers and charity. We were also thrilled to see our very own Stephen Arnold, Sales and Marketing Director, receive his King Coronation Medal at the ceremony.

We sponsored new football kits for Kewford Eagles Under 18’s based in Kingswinford – an area in which the owner of YDH spent over 25 years working in. We are passionate about supporting children of all ages and backgrounds to work as part of a team; by sponsoring this local football club we hope it helps support the community and encourages children to participate in sport.

We attended and sponsored a fundraiser for Breast Cancer UK with Staff Today. Tim Hubbard and Steve Arnold were privileged to attend and meet the team at Staff Today who were raising money for Breast Cancer UK in a charity golf day. Jason Guy, Managing Director at Staff Today, said: “Big thank you to Tim Hubbard at Your Digital Hub Limited for sponsoring our recent charity golf day. The day itself raised over £3,000 and Tim was very kind in his generosity.”

Tim and Jen Hubbard were invited to a Marie Curie charity evening hosted by CPW. The event was a huge success with 120 people in attendance and the hosts exceeding their target. Tim and Jen met some fantastic people from various businesses all of whom supported the evening. Denise Pardoe, Operations Director at CPW, wrote to us to say: “Thank you once again for gifting the Wolves tickets towards our raffle at our CPW Celebrate Care event. We are really pleased to let you know that we have raised a total of £8,749.25 for Marie Curie, this exceeded our target and expectations and will help to provide a total of 380 hours of Marie Curie Care.” [See Jen with the hosting team in the main article photo].

We took part in a charity golf day for Mary Stevens Hospice. Tim Hubbard was invited to attend the Handlesbanken Golf Day to raise money for the hospice. He joined business associate Jaz Khunkun from Wergs Consultancy, and YDH partners Ian Morris Chief Operating Officer of Vision PLC and Andy Jones Managing Director of Mason Metals Ltd. Dave Willis, Private Banking Manager, wrote to us to say: “Everyone at Handelsbanken and Mary Stevens Hospice would like to give thanks for supporting the day. We hope to have raised close to £8000 on the day, which is all down to you for attending.”
