Meet the team
Tim Hubbard, Company Director
Tim is an experienced senior director with a strong background of over 30 years in his last role directing teams to successfully sell technology solutions to clients across a breadth of sectors. Well-versed in developing new business and supporting business strategies and plans to ensure the correct product and technology is sourced and supplied for the SME/corporate customers.
“I have substantial experience in leading technology/IT value propositions from inception through to contract signing and delivery, with extensive knowledge of cloud/SaaS delivery models as well as telecommunications and managed services. I aim to help you meet all your sustainability targets, and improve your efficiencies, and I am committed to supporting you on your transition in today’s modern way of working.”
Tim launched Your Digital Hub Ltd in January 2024 with the sole aim of helping businesses review and renew their contracts from managed print, mobile, IT infrastructure, green energy solutions, and smart building technology, saving money and time so they can reinvest in their future growth plans.
Steve Arnold, Sales & Marketing Director
He brings expertise from the IT industry and leadership in growing a business. He likes to share his adventures of ocean sailing around the world, taking part in various physical sports like football, kayaking, and skiing, as well as volunteering and raising money for West Mercia Search & Rescue
Steve said: “Starting as an apprentice at GKN in Telford, I moved on to the IT industry and now have 30 years experience selling software oracle-based ERP solutions, datacentres, networking, and cyber security.
“I’m passionate about helping solve customer problems, many of whom become lifelong friends. I spend time understanding customer problems, quickly building a trusted relationship, and ensuring projects are delivered on time and to budget.”
Paul Morris MBE, Business Ambassador
Paul is a serial entrepreneur, best known for Founding Addmaster, the developer and producer of antimicrobial products for Global Brands. The company was sold to the Nasdaq listed Polygiene Group, which Paul is still an active Board Member of.
He uses his spare time to now help and guide other dynamic start-up businesses, such as Your Digital Hub. He said: "Combining Tim’s years of experience and contacts, with a unique business offering that will appeal to almost any business, is very exciting and I am really looking forward to being part of the journey."
A triple Queens Award winner Paul was awarded an MBE in 2020 for his outstanding service to UK business for his work in innovation and exporting to the UK economy.
Steve Bull MBE, Business Ambassador
Steve, a former Wolves and England international professional footballer, remains connected to Wolverhampton Wanderers as a vice-president and ambassador on match days. With a wealth of contacts from his business and charity work, he eagerly wants to advance the business.
