Sims Metal had reached the end of their current contract and had very little time to go to market, engage with suppliers for the renewal of their MFD fleet. The brief was set to ensure the same fleet of manufacturers products were sourced whilst reducing the number of devices.

The client wanted to review their MFD fleet and look to consolidate the amount of devices they currently had, along with the reduction of costs as after many acquisitions they had various costs and multiple contracts in place.
