Tim is an experienced senior director with over 30 years in business technology, directing enterprise teams to successfully deploy technology solutions across a breadth of commercial sectors. Well-versed in leading value propositions from inception through to delivery, Tim is recognised across the West Midlands for his deep forensic understanding of equipment leases, telecom tariffs, and enterprise procurement.
Tim launched Your Digital Hub in January 2024 to provide finance directors, operations chiefs, and managing partners with honest, unvarnished advice. Under his leadership, YDH has identified more than £4.1M in contractual overspend for clients ranging from regional legal practices like Knights PLC to industrial recyclers like Sims Limited and respected national charities like Gordon Moody.

Director & Commercial Partner
Steve brings over 30 years of IT industry leadership and commercial expertise in scaling technology businesses. Starting his career as an apprentice at GKN in Telford, Steve advanced through enterprise technology, specialising in large-scale Oracle-based ERP solutions, data centres, corporate networking, and cyber security infrastructure.
“Starting as an apprentice at GKN in Telford, I moved on to the IT industry and now have 30 years experience selling software Oracle-based ERP solutions, datacentres, networking, and cyber security. I’m passionate about helping solve customer problems, many of whom become lifelong friends. I spend time understanding customer problems, quickly building a trusted relationship, and ensuring projects are delivered on time and to budget.”
Outside of business, Steve is an avid adventurer who shares his passion for global ocean sailing, competitive skiing, kayaking, and football, alongside active volunteering and fundraising for West Mercia Search & Rescue.
